11 Aug 2026: Add Labels from Journeys

Ricardo Updated by Ricardo

It was already possible to add labels in Journeys through the Route to Operator card or via a Code card. However, we made it even easier to do it from a visual card.

Note: labels are applied to the user's last message automatically.

You can find this card here:

Using labels to create dedicated inbox queues

To help you manage multiple queues on the inbox, for example having a dedicated Emergency queue, you can use Collections based on a label. Then, simply use labels to add users to certain collections.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Create a label in your Settings
  2. Create a new Collection in your inbox, and filter using your label (if your label doesn't appear immediately, you might need to manually apply that label on a message first. Simply hover any user message and add the label. Learn more in Search and Collections)
  3. In your Journeys, add the Add label card.

Now, users going through that point in your journey will start appearing on your Inbox!

You can create as many labels+collections your service needs.
