We just took a giant step forward in how you build conversations on WhatsApp: you can now create, edit, publish, and manage Flows entirely within Turn.io.

You'll find it under Content > Flows.

Flows are becoming core to how you design conversations on Turn. Whether you're building onboarding and registration experiences, appointment booking, intake forms, or any other data-heavy interaction — Flows make it dramatically easier to collect structured information from your contacts, replacing what previously required complex Journey logic.

What you can do

  • Create new Flows and preview them inside Turn before publishing
  • Publish Flows when they're ready
  • Edit existing Flows
  • Deprecate Flows you no longer need

Building your Flows

Flows are authored using the Flow JSON syntax. If you prefer a visual approach, you can use Meta's Visual Builder to design your Flow, then copy the resulting JSON directly into Turn.io.

Once your Flow is ready, adding it to a Journey is straightforward: WhatsApp Flows in Journeys
