13 March 2026: Call Notes

Ricardo Updated by Ricardo

When on an important call with someone, for example a tele-consult, we found ourselves scribbling things down in post-its and scraps of paper so that we can recall the discussion later; only to spend way too much time manually writing these into the computer later or, worse, losing them.

Introducing... Call Notes.

How to write notes

When you're in a call, you'll notice that you now have a new ⤢ icon, that lets you maximise the call:

Then, on the right, you'll find the Notes icon, that toggles your notes on and off:

These notes get permanently saved in its corresponding call. If you want to retrieve them later, you can either open the call summary in the call message itself, or you can access any past notes on the profile sidebar:

This opens the new call summary screen, which is also where Transcripts now live in case you need to reference them after the call:

You can see, edit and copy your notes anywhere you need them.

Finally: call notes are the beginning of something much, much bigger... Stay tuned.
