You can now schedule a reminder to start sending at a future date and time. We also provide more feedback on the send.
Reminders allow you to personalise and send the same pre-approved template to a selected group of people. This means you can, for example, sent a follow up document, prompt an action or remind people of an important upcoming appointment.
Key updates:
- You can now decide if you want to send reminders immediately or schedule it to start sending on a date and time in the future.
- We improved the feedback you get to include the progress of a send and message delivery statutes.
- We updated the general look and feel.
