You can now assign someone from the chat list. Plus it is super quick to assign yourself.

When you scan a chat list, it is easy to see which chats are not assigned to a team member yet. Now you can assign those without having to open the conversation.

Assign to me

Note the "Assign to me" that is anchored at the top. You don't have to search for yourself anymore.
