Help! I can see my number in Turn but it's not working?

You registered for the WhatsApp Business API and can see your number on Turn, but you can't send messages?

Well done! You've completed the first step. Now that you have submitted your WABA application the following still needs to happen:

  1. You need to buy your Turn pricing plan and link your credit card
  2. You need to get business verification from Facebook

Once we have your credit card details we will activate your number. Until your number is activated by us it means you may see your number in the Turn user interface you will not be able to send and receive messages.

However, your sandbox number will always be able to send and received messages
