When you reply to an unassigned chat it will now automatically be assigned to you.

When you are working on the helpdesk you may find yourself scroll-reading through a bunch of chats, and most certainly you will spot someone that needs your help. The moment you reply to them the chat will autmatically be assigned to you, making it simple and transparent to know who is helping who.

In the GIF above notice how the "Assigned to" changes to "Assigned to you" at the bottom. Less effort, more help!
