People are the core of Turn, and your services. From now on, they’re also at the core of our product — on the new People page.
To provide better care and unlock long-term relationships you want to know your audience. The new People page makes this a reality.
On the new People page you can
- View everyone that have interacted with your service before.
- Zoom in on the details of a single person. Soon you will be able open the chat with them straight away.
- Import and/or update contact information from external services in Turn.
Importing people is great! It allows you to hit the ground running and start reaching out and engaging people on WhatsApp. Have a read through the details.
You can expect a lot of new people-related features in 2024.
