What is the difference between a member and an admin?

Currently the difference between a member and an admin is simple. However, we are actively developing additional user roles to provide your team with more granular control over features and improved adherence to security standards.

Only admins can:
  • add/remove members;
  • give other members admin rights or remove their admin rights;
  • create custom fields;
  • edit and see Billing information;
  • manage contacts on People page: upload or delete contacts and create segments;

Otherwise, both members and admins can send messages and create journeys and reminders.

Once a member is deleted they will no longer be able to login to Turn.io.
