With this feature, you'll be able to integrate and manage your own custom communication channels outside of Turn.io's primary supported platforms. These channels will be self-hosted and self-managed, giving you full control over how you connect with your audience. This means you can make decisions that align perfectly with your business needs, without being limited by our default offerings.
