Never Miss a Message Again

We've just rolled out browser notifications for the inbox.

Now you'll get a heads-up whenever a new message arrives, a conversation is assigned to you or you get mentioned in an internal note — whether you're on a different tab or working in another app entirely.

You'll see a system notification and hear a little sound (pop!) to make sure you don't miss anything important.

Enabling notifications takes just a few clicks: head to Settings > Account > Preferences, toggle them on, accept your browser's permission request, and configure your preferences. That's it.
