10 Jan 2026: Make Agents more Personal

Ricardo Updated by Ricardo

Generic conversations don't work. A pregnant woman needs different advice at 8 weeks than at 32 weeks. A patient with diabetes needs guidance that speaks to their specific condition. A student needs support tailored to their program.

Until now, your Agents could be intelligent, but they couldn't (easily) be personal.

Today, that changes.

You can now pass profile fields directly to your Agents, giving them the context they need to have genuinely personal conversations with each customer.

This means your Agent can greet someone by name. It can reference their specific circumstances. It can adjust its guidance based on what it knows about them—not generic advice, but advice shaped for them.

A few examples:

  • Pass name and your Agent greets customers personally, immediately creating a more human connection
  • Pass due_date to a pregnancy support Agent, and it gives stage-appropriate advice tailored to each trimester
  • Pass condition to a health management Agent, and it provides guidance relevant to that specific diagnosis
  • Pass program to an education Agent, and it references course materials specific to what they're studying

The Agent has the information it needs. Your users get the attention they deserve.

How It Works

When an Agent card is selected, simply set whatever profile fields you want to pass on the right-hand side settings sidebar. By default, for privacy reasons, we don't pass anything.

Looking forward to see what you do with this feature!
