Users can reply to all kinds of WhatsApp messages: regular questions, button presses, list item choices, etc.

However, internally, WhatsApp treats and surfaces these messages in different ways — which made it hard for you to reference the user's last message when you're building Journeys.

Now, you can simply reference that message on the @last_message variable, which always shows the user's last text message.
