You can now react to messages from users.

Last week we made it possible to see reactions from users, and now your team can also use reactions.

Let's pretend a user opted out of receiving messaging from my service, I can choose to confirm the request with a thumbs up reaction.

In the conversation view you will see the emoji picker next to messages received from people. Once you click that you can pick the reaction you want to use. Digital communication at your fingertips!
