Voice Agents

Agents have just gotten better: they can now receive a voice note as input, and reply with a voice note themselves. This enables you to let your users choose how they prefer to engage: text or voice; and have more impact in low literacy regions.

To enable this, simply select your Agent, scroll down, and enable Transcribe voice note:

Then, you can also configure how the Agent should reply: with text (default) or with voice. Switching voice on enables you to select which model and voice you want to use:

Finally, you can also pass extra advanced parameters to the voice model. This depends on the provider you're using and what their API supports. Simply click on the advanced icon next to the model:

And that's it!
