10 Apr 2026: See why Reminders fail to deliver

Whereas before most template messages got delivered to users, recently, Meta has been choosing not to deliver an increasing number of template messages in order to maintain what they call a "healthy ecosystem." This means more of your Reminders may fail to reach users — and until now, you had no way of knowing why.

We're now surfacing these delivery errors directly in the product. Head to any Reminder and click on the Failed number in the right-hand sidebar to see the specific reason Meta gave for each undelivered message.

And you should see something like this:

You can look up any error code in Meta's error documentation to understand what it means and what you can do about it.
