17 Apr 2026: Ripple, your AI Journeys co-pilot

Ricardo Updated by Ricardo

What if you could just describe what you want and have it built for you?

Here at Turn.io, we spend a lot of time thinking about how we can reduce the time you take to go from idea to launch.

Journeys were an instrumental step in this, no pun intended, journey — but never the final destination. We don't want your job to be clicking buttons and moving things around. We want your job to be having as much impact as you possibly can.

Today, we launched the Alpha preview of what we think is the future of building with Journeys: Ripple, your AI Journeys co-pilot (or shall we call it Vibe Journeying?)

Using the latest frontier models, Ripple has been trained on everything Turn.io and Journeys, and is capable of:

  • building entire high quality journeys for you (example instruction: create a triage journey that asks for symptoms, classifies urgency, and routes to the right agent)
  • automating routine tasks like translations (example instruction: translate any missing translation in my journey for in all languages — assuming you're using Multiple Languages)
  • assist you with more complex coding (example instructions: I want to validate this email or I want to make a post request to this [url])
  • answer questions about Journeys and Turn.io works (example instruction: what's a profile field?)
  • and much more!

Ripple opens automatically on new Journeys, so that you don't start from a blank slate. To open Ripple on existing Journeys, you can simply invoke it on the top-right:

Note: Ripple is in early alpha preview and can make mistakes. If anything goes wrong, you can always roll back to the previous version.

Giving feedback

Ripple is continuously getting better, and your feedback is instrumental. After Ripple replies, you can find 👍 and 👎 buttons. Our team reviews every single feedback you give:

You can also configure when Ripple should open automatically by clicking the ⚙️ icon:

Limitations

Currently, Ripple has some limitations. It can't manage:

  • Templates
  • Flows
  • Data
  • Agent Skills
  • Apps
  • Catalogues
  • Media (e.g. generating images and adding them to a message)

We're making Ripple better everyday, and all of this should be possible soon.

Our internal team is already using Ripple everyday. We can't wait for you to try it and, as always, let us know of your feedback!
