Start a thread when a user reply with a button.

Buttons allow users to respond without having to type. This makes it faster to reply and eliminate typos.

Starting a thread when a user replies with a button pressed works similar to the other triggers such as message received or catch all. Let's see how to set the button pressed trigger:

  1. Add the button message in the content that would trigger the thread.
  2. Navigate to the Threads page and add a new thread or open an old thread.
  3. Select the trigger>> Button pressed
  4. Select the message with Buttons
  5. Select the Button that should trigger the thread.

Once done click Add to add the trigger and you thread is ready to start when a user reply with the button.
