With Turn.io, you can collaborate as team to give your users the best experience possible.

Within your organisation, an unlimited number of people can access Turn.io. This means that a whole team can work together to give your users the best experience possible.

You can control access for team members based on the role you assign them.

As your business grows, you need better control, more security, and smoother workflows. To help you stay organised as a team and make sure that the right people have access to the right information, you can set the role for each team member in your organisation. By assigning roles you reduce the chances of mistakes and improves how your team works together.

Let's look at what roles are available, how to add new members and how to change roles.

There are three user roles on Turn.io, each with specific permissions to help your team avoid accidents like deleting important data. It is important to ensure only the right people can make important changes.

Let's look at the each role's permissions, and how they differ.

You can also see which email addresses give your coaches and other team members access to their Turn.io account.

Currently, only admins can:
  • add/remove members;
  • give other members admin rights or remove their admin rights;
  • create custom fields;
  • edit and see Billing information;
