As of February 1st, 2022, this article will be outdated based on changes by WhatsApp to move from a notification-based pricing model to a conversation-based pricing model.

We made a number of enhancements to the Billing page so that it's easier to understand and track your template spending.

We've updated our billing management article with the latest changes and added explanations of terms such as 'amount available' and 'pending templates'.

Here is a summary of the improvements we’ve added:

  • We added an explanation below the 'amount available' to clarify how the amount is calculated.
  • We added your previous month spend. You can use the drop down selector to navigate between this month and last month.
  • We've added a daily spend graph.

All the rest remains the same - you can still top up as usual, and you can still view your spending per number and per country.
