Analytics with Chatbase

Chatbase is an analytics platform by Google, designed to help users better understand the effectiveness of their chatbots. It's free to use!

  1. Step 1: Create a Chatbase account on
  2. Step 2: Add your bot by clicking on the little robot icon in the navigation bar and then on "Add a bot"
  3. Step 3: Complete the fields in Chatbase. Take note: you don't need a Bot URL, you can leave that field blank.
  4. Step 4: Click continue to get an API key. Copy the API key.
  5. Step 5: Now go back to Turn. Go to the Settings > Integrations > Add an Integration > Chatbase Analytics integration.
  1. Step 6: Paste your API key and click Create integration.

Success! 🙌 This integration will allow you to start viewing active user and session information in Chatbase from that time of set up going forward. Chatbase limits the available data for analytics to 30 days.
