How do users interact with a stack?

Once you've crafted and tested your stack, you need to set up an automation to make it live on your chat service!

If you have set up any basic automation on Turn, you already know what to do. Once your stack is ready and tested, you will need to set up an automation that will trigger your stack. Like always, your trigger needs to be accessible to users in your service.

Quick reminder on how to set up an automation

  • Go to the Automation page > Add automation.
  • Select your trigger.
  • Add action > Select Start a stack > Select the stack you created.
  • Give your automation a name and hit Save.
